The NSSC is NASA's Shared Services Center that administers the Federal benefits and retirement programs for NASA's civilian employees. Employees must contact the NSSC for assistance with their benefit and retirement questions. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has Government-wide responsibility and oversight for Federal benefits administration, however civilian employees must contact NSSC's Customer Contact Center for assistance with their insurance questions since OPM does not have access to your personal data.
